Fulbright Scholar 2008-2009

MALAYSIAN citizens with doctoral degree, engaged in an academic capacity in institutions of higher learning are invited to apply for the 2008-2009 Fulbright Malaysian Scholar Programme.

The grant allows successful applicants to engage in research and lecture at American Universities for three to eight months.

It also provides opportunities for academics to interact with their counterparts in the United States.

While the grants are research-focused, applicants who are prepared to add a lecturing component to their proposals are encouraged to apply.

All grantees will also be asked to develop strategies for sharing Malaysian culture with social, civic and other groups while in the United States.

Registration deadline is July 6.

    I just got an offer from uniten. The fees is look like expensive for me who comes from a middle class family. So, I really need a scholarship to support me when I’m studying there. I hope this site will help me to solve my problem. Thank you for your good cooperation.
