why not the same chance goes to non-bumiputera who also scored outstanding result?

Sorry bro..remember when Tunku Abdul Rahman give nationality to chinese and indian..They give the nationality to give them place to live..not to give scholar or give trouble and more hardness to malay to survive…

well excuse me…u make it seem like the chinese and the indians are some refugees. look we are citizens of malaysia and we deserve equal rights from the government. and why are we(non bumi) suffering because of some agreement made 50 years ago? isnt it time for change? take a look at other countries. Australia for example even a Muslim who is a citizen there gets equal right as the locals there. And the australians are fine with.

Salam and hello to everyone in here, just wanna share my experience in getting your scholarship. Firstly neither you love or not, u all have to have great achievement in academic and co-q, or in other word u have achieve 3.5 in matric, diploma or else. Secondly u all have to know where to find, 2 biggest scholarship provider in M’sia r JPA and MARA. Don’t get too worry about mara only giving to Bumi student, since JPA already open 40% quota for non Bumi student(yet still dnt have any riot in Uitm,UIA and else). 3rd, u also have to know this two website http://esila.jpa.gov.my or http://www.jpa.gov.my and http://www.mara.gov.my. and also dont forget to buy a newspaper everyday(dnt buy kosmo, metro or other tabloid newspaper, buy the real newspaper like NST,Utusan,Berita Harian and Star). JPA and Mara open their scholarship every year around May to July(since enrollment to IPTA in June or July obviously). Other scholarship like Petronas/Shell/Bank negara/Sime/Guthrie is offering to some special student(i dont know what so special about them) very hard to get awarded by this scholarship, but u can try if u think u r the special one(like neo in matrix). That all.
