Notes: Field of studies sponsored for (i-iii) are Medicine, Engineering, Information Technology, Actuarial Science, Computer Science and other fields deemed critical by the Government.Eligibility
- Bumiputera, Malaysian citizen: Definition of Bumiputera – If one of the parents is a Malay and practicing Islam or Bumiputera (aborigines/indigenous for Sabah & Sarawak) therefore his/her children are Bumiputeras. Credits in Bahasa Melayu at SPM/SPMV level.
- Never been financed by any scholarship bodies at the same education level. Students whose scholarships have been terminated by any sponsor may apply for MARA financial assistance a year after the termination, with the condition that the students have to bear all expenses for that year and obtain excellent results.
- Institutions of higher learning are recognized by Malaysian Government or private institutions of higher learning are recognized by Private Education Division, Ministry of Education.
- Meet age requirements as follows:
i. Programs for SPM school leavers – 19 years and below
ii. First degree – not exceeding 30 years old
iii. Master’s degree/Medicine/Dentistry Specialization – not exceeding 40 years old
iv. Doctor of Philosophy (phD) – not exceeding 45 years old - Currently undergo courses that are of great importance to MARA.
- Free from any contracts or paid leave from employer while studying except for Medical Specialization courses (For each programs sponsored, there will be other specific requirements relevant to such programs)
- The Socio Economic status of the family where the annual taxable joint income of the parents or spouses must not exceed RM80,000.

Saya merupakan ex-MRSM Lenggong, Perak.Sekarang sudah bekerja dan menyambung pelajaran secara pendidikan jarak jauh (PJJ) di Universiti Utara Malaysia.Sekarang ini sudah semester 5.Bolehkah saya memohon pinjaman pelajaran MARA?
salam.. im matriculation student..i just wanna know when can i apply a scolarship for my futher study..
im not sure when the application form is out n where to search 4 it.. n what the requirement that mara/ jpa want for me to get the scolarship..

i can’t bloody well darn reach the link you’ve provided… it’s like the link is non-existential or something. you guys should totally look that up. great info and all but darn link. i totally need this scholarship. so help me out, k? well, actually, us. i’m sure a lot of other people want the scholarship as well. and i think the technical glitch is just recently. i haven’t read any complaints from old comments. well, maybe cuz i don’t read the old comments. whatev. whatever you do, just please correct the link or something. keep me posted please!
saya pelajar semester 5 di politeknik dan mendapat cgpa stakat ini 3.79..setiap semester saya mendapat 3.5 ke atas. Adakah saya boleh mendapatkan biasiswa walaupun berada di semester kelima sekarang??
saya pelajar matrikulasi sesi 09/10.. adakah mara ada menawarkan biasiswa utk pelajar lepasan matrikulasi ke luar negara.
